Mike Nielsen

Mike Nielsen has extensive experience in the mortgage lending industry. Mike'smost recent role was as the Senior Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Proper Rate, a joint venture between Guaranteed Rate and @properties. Mike joined Proper Rate in March 2020 and is responsible for delivering flexible and competitive mortgage financing solutions to consumers in select markets. Prior to that, Mike worked at Guaranteed Rate for 16 years, where they held the position of Vice President of Mortgage Lending. Mike started their career in 2002 at A and N Mortgage Services as a Mortgage Consultant. Overall, Mike has a strong background in mortgage lending and a proven track record of providing high-quality service to customers.

Mike Nielsen attended Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 1998 to 2002. During this time, they pursued a degree in Finance and Marketing. Mike also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services.
