Sam Fazio

Sam Fazio has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Sam started their career as a Stock Broker at Olde discount stock brokers in 1994 and worked there until 1996. In 2001, they joined American Home Mortgage as a Loan Officer, and then in 2007, they transitioned to Guaranteed Rate Inc, NMLS #2611 as a V.P. Mortgage Lending. During their time at Guaranteed Rate Inc, they developed a deep understanding of the mortgage industry and tailored mortgages to meet the unique needs of home buyers. In 2020, Sam joined Proper Rate as the SVP of Mortgage Lending, where they continue to provide valuable expertise and guidance to borrowers.

Sam Fazio attended Elmhurst University from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.
