Cullen previously held the title of Vice President, Regional Underwriting Counsel at Title Resources Group and Vice President, Division Underwriting Counsel at Old Republic Title. With a Doctor of Law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters from Westminster College (MO), Cullen brings a wealth of experience and expertise in providing underwriting support and guidance on real estate closings and title insurance matters.
