Sam Tarascio

Sam Tarascio is an experienced professional in the property and real estate industry, currently serving as the Victorian Immediate Past President, Divisional Councillor, and Director at the Property Council of Australia since August 2016. As Managing Director of Salta Properties since 1999, Sam oversees all business operations and has held significant roles in property management, development management, and investment transactions. Sam is also a member of the Young Presidents' Organization since October 2014 and previously served on the Advisory Board of Investorist until December 2019. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne, a Graduate Diploma in Property from RMIT University, and a Certificate IV in Business from Swinburne University of Technology.
