Danielle Worsham is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the multifamily and commercial real estate sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Multifamily & Capital Solutions at Property Doctor Services LLC, Danielle specializes in renovations, restoration, project management, and ROI consulting for multifamily assets. Previous roles include Regional Manager at Campus Advantage and Regional Property Manager at Coastal Ridge Real Estate, where Danielle managed multiple properties, overseeing leasing, marketing, financial performance, and operational growth.
