Wayman Jones

Wayman Jones possesses extensive experience in the commercial real estate, restoration, and cleaning industries. Currently serving as the VP of Water Restoration & Carpet Cleaning at Property Doctor Services LLC since August 2018, Wayman operates as a Regional Market Partner for Minnesota and Iowa. As the Founder and Broker of Black Bear Development, LLC, Wayman engages in commercial real estate transactions and strategic partnerships while analyzing financial statements. Previously, as CEO/Owner of Certified Carpet Cleaning, Inc., Wayman enhanced company operations and achieved significant revenue growth. Additional roles include a Contract Senior Research Analyst at Zpryme Research & Consulting, a Commercial Real Estate Broker at First Austin Properties, and an early career at Wilson Tindall & Associates as a Real Estate Agent, among others. Wayman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Texas State University.
