Ahlam Haddad has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Superannuation Specialist at Towers Perrin Australia until 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they were a Team Leader/Senior Specialist at Russell Investments, where they implemented a new benefits administration team and established an operations team for a Defined Benefit fund.
In 2006, Ahlam joined IBM Australia as a Superannuation Technical Leader, responsible for the implementation of an inbound imaging solution and managing staff onboarding processes. Ahlam later became a Business Transformation Leader, leading successful restructuring and transformation projects within the organization.
Ahlam then moved to National Australia Bank in 2010, taking up roles such as Senior Process Engineer and Senior Business Improvement Manager. Ahlam was recognized for their achievements, including leading cultural changes resulting in the resolution of a $12 million problem and successfully relaunching a Continuous Improvement program.
In 2017, Ahlam joined ME Bank as the Operations Senior Manager in Customer Banking and later became the Head of Business Readiness. Ahlam continued in this role until 2021 before transitioning to the Bank of Queensland where they served as the Head of Business Readiness.
Currently, in 2022, Ahlam Haddad is the Head of Learning Experience at PEXA.
Ahlam Haddad completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (International Business) from Western Sydney University, where they studied from 1998 to 2000. Ahlam further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in International Business from UWS - Sydney Graduate School of Management. Ahlam completed their MBA program from 2002 to 2005.
