Chanh Kien (She/Her)

Chanh Kien is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and program management within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Head of Tech Enablement and Learning Capability Manager at PEXA since February 2023, Chanh previously held multiple roles at MYOB from January 2017 to December 2022, including Product Capability Manager and Emerging Talent Program Lead, where efforts focused on developing pathways for individuals to join and grow within engineering teams. Prior experience spans positions at REA Group as an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist, Chandler Macleod Group as Account Lead and Senior Recruitment Consultant, NEC Display Solutions as Account Manager, and EXCOM Education as a Career Expert and Recruiter. Chanh holds a Bachelor of Business in HR and Marketing from Latrobe University, completed in 2007.
