Georgia Fraser

Georgia Fraser has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Georgia most recently worked at PEXA as the Head of People, starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at REA Group from 2016 to 2022, holding various roles such as Senior HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner, and HR Advisor. Before their time at REA Group, they worked at nlc Pty Ltd as the People and Culture Manager and Consultant. Georgia also has experience at McArthur and ManpowerGroup as a Recruitment Consultant and Team Leader in Defence Force Recruiting.

Georgia Fraser has completed the Internal HR Consulting - Effective Business Partnering and Building and Developing Talent programs at the Australian Human Resource Institute. Georgia also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Behavioural Studies from Monash University and a Graduate Certificate of Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from Swinburne University of Technology.
