Helen Silver

Helen Silver is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and governance across various sectors. Currently serving as Deputy Chair at Victorian Managed Insurance Authority and Chair at Australian Children’s Television Foundation, Silver also holds non-executive director roles at Crown Resorts and PEXA, where responsibilities include chairing the Remuneration, Nomination and People Committee. Previous positions include Deputy General Manager and Chief General Manager at Allianz Australia, and Secretary of the Department of Premier and Cabinet (Victoria). With a strong educational background, including a Masters and Bachelor of Economics from Monash University, and a Graduate qualification in Governance from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Helen Silver is recognized for significant contributions to public service and corporate governance.
