Samantha Karakai

Samantha Karakai currently serves as the Head of Member Training & Capability at PEXA, a position held since February 2021. Prior to this role, Samantha was the Learning and Development Manager at Marshall White from January 2015 to January 2021 and took a career break for international travel from April to November 2014. Earlier experience includes various roles at Jellis Craig, where responsibilities encompassed Business Support Services & Training, as well as Office Manager and Accounts & Administration roles from February 2008 to April 2014. Samantha's career began at the Supreme Court of Victoria as a Registry Officer from July 2007 to February 2008. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Psychology Advanced (Honours) and a Graduate Diploma of Psychology, both obtained from Monash University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences from RMIT University.
