Sharon Davies

Sharon Davies is a seasoned professional in program delivery and governance, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at PEXA since February 2022. With extensive experience across various roles, Sharon has a strong background in management consulting, having worked as a Senior Consultant at Customer Driven Solutions, where strategic roadmaps for customer experience enhancements were developed for both private and government sectors. Prior to this, Sharon held multiple executive positions at Stellar from 2001 to 2019, including Group General Manager of HR, Operations, and Head of Projects and Products, overseeing significant teams and projects aimed at improving service delivery and client management. Earlier career highlights include roles at eircom, where Sharon established call center capabilities, and Telstra, focusing on project management and business integration. Sharon holds a degree in Business, Advertising, and Marketing from RMIT University.
