Christian Smith, CMCA®, is the Owner and President of PMI Alliance, specializing in community association management since June 2020. With a background of 20 years in customer service and technical support, Christian utilizes PMI's proprietary software to enhance the management of HOA and COA assets for board members and residents. Previously, as a Print Media Account Manager at Aurora Specialty Textiles Group, Inc., Christian established market presence in the South-Central Region. Earlier roles include Technical Specialist at Next Wave Media Solutions and extensive sales and technical positions at Reece Supply Company, where Christian contributed to business growth through strategic sales, customer training, and technical support.
