The Human Resources team at Property Management Recruitment is responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent within the property management sector. This includes managing recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless integration of new hires. The team, consisting of two Senior Recruitment Managers and an Assistant Recruiter, also works on employee relations and retention strategies to maintain a productive and satisfied workforce.
