Dan Kaplan

Dan is responsible for project underwriting and general execution of the firm’s business plans and corporate operations. He began his career with JP Morgan Investment Banking in the Real Estate Structured Finance Group. Dan then held a senior role with Alvarez and Marsal / Lehman Brothers Holdings where he led the diligence and structuring for selling an $800M private real estate company to a large domestic pension. He then spent two years with the large asset development firm LCOR Inc before joining PMG in 2013.

Dan graduated with a BA in Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
