Anna Torvi

Head of Customer Success at Property Meld

Anna Torvi is the Manager of Customer Success at Property Meld. Anna has over 20 years of experience in project management, deployment, and training.

Anna began their career as a Director of Project Deployment and Training at Field Control Analytics. Anna was responsible for implementing labor reporting and tracking systems on all new contracted projects nationwide. Anna managed data points for over 120 active projects, averaging 4 new deployments per month. Anna successfully trained project management teams (5- 65 members) to implement the complex technology on projects with up to 8,000 onboarded individuals.

Anna then moved on to Property Meld, where they are responsible for managing customer success. Anna works with corporate executive staff and sales to acquire new contracts and renewal services through existing relationships and referrals. Anna also launched training platforms and structured ways for our clients to feel confident in taking on a new data package for site operations.

Anna Torvi has a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising and Business from Lasell University. Anna has also completed an internship at American InterContinental University. Anna is certified as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 from SuccessHACKER and has completed product management coursework from StackSkills. Anna is currently enrolled in a project management course from Coursera.
