Brian Guttuso currently serves as the Director of Operations for Property One, INC, since March 2009, overseeing operational costs and profitability strategies for real estate owners while managing multiple commercial properties through the implementation of standard operating procedures. Prior to this role, Brian worked as a Real Estate Manager at Whitney National Bank from March 2006 to March 2009 and as an Account Representative at Otis Elevator Company from April 2003 to May 2006. Brian holds a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and Management from Southeastern Louisiana University, where education was pursued from 1989 to 1993, and attended Louisiana State University from 1985 to 1988, along with completing secondary education at Holy Cross High School.
