Donna Gaudet is an experienced commercial property manager with a robust background in managing large-scale mixed-use properties across Louisiana and Mississippi. Currently serving as a Commercial Property Manager at Property One, Inc. since May 2022, Donna has previously held similar roles at Latter & Blum Property Management and Orleans Tower, managing significant square footage and implementing ownership’s strategic goals. In earlier positions, Donna gained expertise in financial management at Gretchen T. Sehrt/Tricon Sehrt Trust and in commercial leasing and property management at Favrot & Shane/1st Lake Commercial Properties. Additional experience includes roles as a realtor, office manager, and account executive in various organizations. Donna’s educational foundation includes studies at Delgado Community College and Cabrini.
