Kirk Michel

Kirk Michel is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in brokerage, appraisal, and consulting. Currently serving as a Broker Associate at Property One, Inc. since July 2016, Kirk also founded and directs KMM Enterprises Inc., which provides real estate appraisal and consulting services in the Greater New Orleans Area. Previous positions include Broker Associate and Appraiser at Mauti Meredith Scoggin, where responsibilities encompassed both residential and commercial real estate, and Founding Director/President of Appraisal Center Inc., where Kirk focused on innovative valuation products. Kirk has served on various boards and committees, including the West St Tammany YMCA Board of Managers and as Vice Chair of the Louisiana Real Estate Appraisers Board, where contributions included significant legislative improvements to appraisal law. Kirk holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Louisiana State University and studied Finance with a concentration in Real Estate at the University of New Orleans.
