David Paulsen, MBA, is an experienced Chief Information Officer who currently leads the Information Technology Group at Property Reserve, Inc. David has a strong background in IT management, with previous experience as an Information Systems Director at Zions Securities Corporation. David holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah.
