Project and Construction Management

The Project and Construction Management team at Property Resources oversees and ensures the successful execution of construction and renovation projects at Southbridge Towers. Led by the Director of Design & Construction, this team, which includes experts in construction management, assistant project management, and project architecture, coordinates design plans, manages construction schedules, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards to enhance the building complex's infrastructure and facilities.
