Jessy Joseph

Jessy Joseph has over 15 years of professional experience in Human Resources and Business Development. Jessy began their career in 2004 as a Business Development Manager at Maritime.com. In 2006, they moved to First Apex Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Human Resources Consultant. In 2011, Jessy joined ASCENT CONSULTING SERVICES PVT LTD as an HR Manager. During their time there, they assisted in Recruitment and was soon elevated to a HR Manager. In 2018, they moved to Workex.AI as a Manager Sourcing Specialist. In 2020, they joined SmarterBiz Technologies as a Human Resources Manager and is currently working at Property Share as an HR Manager - Operations & Recruitment.

Jessy Joseph has a diverse educational background. Jessy obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Annamalai University, a BTH from Bible College, SABC, Bangalore, a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Kerala University, Thiruvananthapuram, and a PGDCA from Software Labs Chennai. Additionally, they attended Nazareth Convent in Ooty.
