Andrey Inikhov

Andrey Inikhov is an experienced engineering manager currently at Property Finder since October 2023. Previously, Andrey held the position of engineering manager at Samokat from June 2021 to February 2024, where Andrey successfully built workforce management systems that automated payroll calculations, significantly reducing processing time. Prior to that, Andrey served as the head of the engineering department at Sberbank Service from September 2019 to June 2021, overseeing the development of a robust field service management cluster that efficiently managed task dispatching and fulfillment. Andrey's career began as a software engineer at Atrinity, where Andrey transformed an ITSM solution into a field service management tool. Andrey holds a bachelor's degree in computer science with a focus on business informatics from the Higher School of Economics, obtained in July 2017.
