Ben Tomblin is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in driving strategic technology initiatives across various sectors, particularly in oil and gas. Currently serving as Enterprise Systems Director at Property Finder, Ben focuses on developing enterprise architecture that enhances operational excellence and data-driven decision-making. Previous roles include Group Head of IT at Gulf Cryo, where Ben led IT transformations across multiple countries, and Head of IT at Polarcus, where a business-driven IT strategy was developed. With over two decades of experience, Ben has held significant positions at notable companies such as Shell, OiLSERV, TAQA, and Dubai Petroleum, emphasizing ERP systems, cloud solutions, and IT governance.
