Sarah Dawson

Sarah Dawson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer relations, sales, and business growth across various roles. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at PropertyMe since April 2021, Sarah oversees all customer-facing teams and fosters cross-functional collaboration, loyalty programs, and process improvement. Previously, as Chief Revenue Officer at PropertyMe, Sarah developed standardized outreach strategies, executed sales and growth initiatives, and managed the revenue pipeline. At Real Plus, Sarah held the position of Head of Growth & Client Service, where responsibilities included implementing business growth strategies and team alignment. Early career roles at Rockend, including Head of Sales and Business Development Manager, focused on maximizing sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
