Macduff Nnodim has held several roles in various companies since 2014. In 2014, they were an Online Customer Care & Digital Marketing Officer Intern at Fidelity Bank PLC. In 2015, they were a Medical Sales Representative at Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. In 2016, they were a Clinical Physiologist at Sir Yahaya Memorial Hospital during their National Youth Service Corps. From 2017 to 2019, they held three roles at PropertyPro.ng, including Senior Associate (Sales & Marketing), Distribution Manager, and Media Sales Executive. Since 2019, they have been the Sales, Marketing and Business Development Lead at Vinci Hair Clinic Nigeria and Manager: Sales and Marketing at iBez.

Macduff Nnodim has an extensive education history. Macduff obtained their B.Sc in Human Physiology from the University of Lagos in 2014. From 2010 to 2014, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (Bsc Hons) in Physiology, Pathology and Related Sciences. From 2006 to 2009, they obtained their 58 Regular Course in Military Science, Leadership and Operational Art from the Nigeria Defence Academy. Finally, from 2000 to 2006, they obtained their West Africa Sch Cert in General Science from Command Day Sec Sch Ibadan Nigeria.

In addition to their formal education, Macduff Nnodim has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they obtained their Certification and Proficiency in Management from the Nigeria Institute of Management, their Monitoring and Evaluation from the Global Health Elearning Center, their Online Marketing Fundamentals Qualification from Google and Social Marketing Tools, and their Onshore Offshore Contractors/Employee Health, Safety and Environment Competence Development Course (HSE Supervision Course) from Pinnacle Coterie International. Macduff also obtained their Project Management Professional from Pinnacle Coterie International in 2016, their Nutrition and Health from Global Health Elearning Center in 2016, and their Human Resources Management from Pinnacle Coterie International in 2016.
