Justin Wallace

Justin Wallace currently serves as the Director of Asset Management at ProPetro Services, Inc. since March 2023, overseeing a team of over 150 employees across seven departments focused on fleet health and coordination. Prior experience includes roles at Baker Hughes, where responsibilities included developing fleet management strategies and optimizing inventory with significant financial impacts, as well as leadership positions in manufacturing and supply chain operations. Earlier in their career, Justin gained hands-on experience in offshore operations at Schlumberger and spent several years in education as a teacher and coach. Justin holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Stephen F. Austin State University.
