Sergio Rico

Sergio Rico has extensive experience in heavy haul management and operations, currently serving as Heavy Haul Manager at ProPetro Services, Inc. since January 2019, where responsibilities include recruiting and developing safe, professional drivers. Prior to this, Sergio held the position of Heavy Haul Supervisor, overseeing daily operations and personnel. At Pioneer Natural Resources Company, Sergio has been a Senior Heavy Haul Supervisor since October 2010, ensuring the safe and legal movement of equipment. Earlier roles include Distribution at Skyline Chemicals, Equipment Operator at Halliburton, and Store Manager at The Home Depot, where Sergio managed store operations and led a team of over 200 employees.
