Eric Smyth

Eric Smyth has extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly within the pharmaceutical and medical sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition at ProPharma since November 2016, Eric specializes in recruiting professionals in Medical Information and Pharmacovigilance both domestically and internationally. Prior to this role, Eric worked at Dr Pepper Snapple Group as a Regional Recruiter, where responsibilities included fostering strong customer relations and promoting the company brand to prospective candidates. Eric's career began after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia, followed by a Master of Business Administration from Rockhurst University. Previous positions also include roles at Randstad as Client Service Coordinator and State Street as a Mutual Fund Accountant.
