John Maguire

John Maguire is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition for Europe and APAC at ProPharma Group since November 2022. With a focus on enhancing the health and wellness of patients, ProPharma Group supports biotech, medical device, and pharmaceutical organizations in advancing scientific breakthroughs. Prior to this role, John held various positions at PeopleScout, including Client Relationship Director and Senior Operations Manager, where responsibilities included talent acquisition account leadership and managing RPO accounts. Earlier experiences include senior roles at Covance, recruitment at Robert Half Finance & Accounting, and an initial role in client account management at Field Group PLC. John holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from Newcastle University and has a foundational education from Merchant Taylors School for Boys.
