Alexis Hak

Alexis Hak is an accomplished Channel Partner Manager at Snare by Prophecy International, with extensive experience in customer success and business development. Since August 2022, Alexis has focused on building strategic partnerships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving growth within the channel ecosystem. Formerly, Alexis served as the first Customer Success Manager at Prophecy International, where a bespoke customer success process was developed for Snare's clientele. Additional experience includes roles at Brightspot and Penders Consulting, where Alexis excelled in lead generation, account management, and sales strategy implementation. Alexis holds an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Education from Normandale Community College and is an active member of Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS).
