Mickael Roger is the Co-Founder at PropHero. Mickael has over eight years of experience in strategy consulting and financial services.

Mickael started their career as a Financial Auditor at Ernst & Young. Mickael then transitioned to investment banking, working on mergers and acquisitions at UBS Investment Bank. In 2013, they joined Roland Berger Strategy Consultants as a Senior Strategy Consultant.

In 2016, Mickael moved to McKinsey & Company, where they quickly rose through the ranks and became an Associate Partner. Mickael was in charge of leading Capital.AI, a new McKinsey service line serving large commodity producing and trading firms. Mickael also developed the McKinsey & QuantumBlack Digital and Analytics Hub in Australia and New Zealand.

In September 2017, Mickael left McKinsey to join QuantumBlack, an Advanced Analytics firm owned by McKinsey. Mickael served as an Analytics Senior Engagement Manager until November 2018.

Mickael is now focused on their latest venture, PropHero, which is a real estate startup that helps people find their perfect home.

Mickael Roger received their Master's degree in International Finance from HEC Paris and their Master's degree in Engineering School from Télécom Paris.
