Ron H.

Ron H. has extensive experience in machine learning, AI safety, and aerospace engineering. Currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at Prophet Security, Ron previously held the position of Staff Machine Learning Engineer at SentinelOne, focusing on generative AI and advanced retrieval techniques. As Lead Research Scientist at Preamble, Ron led research initiatives on reinforcement learning for AI alignment and managed startup operations from research to product development. Prior roles include Senior Specialist at L3Harris Technologies, Development Engineer at Full Swing Simulators, and various teaching and research positions at the University at Buffalo. Ron holds a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University at Buffalo, and pursued a PhD in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Toronto.
