Beka Lowe

Beka Lowe is a seasoned Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in designing and managing training programs across various organizations. Currently serving as Learning and Development Manager at Prophet since May 2021, Beka has previously held the position of Senior Learning and Development Specialist at Showpad, where significant contributions included launching a company-wide Learning Management System and overseeing global new hire onboarding. Earlier roles include Knowledgebase Administrator/Trainer at VelocityEHS, where Beka developed training content and managed a customer-facing knowledge base, and LMS Administrator & Internal Training Specialist at Infusionsoft, where responsibilities encompassed creating and gamifying a comprehensive learning system for over 600 employees. Beka also co-owned Lowe Photos, a wedding and portrait photography studio, delivering exceptional customer service. Prior experience includes training roles at EDMC, focusing on refunds processing training.
