Jesse Smith

Jesse Smith served as Vice President and General Counsel at Prophet since July 2021, following a role as Director of Commercial Counsel at Mindcrest from November 2016 to June 2021. Prior experience includes various positions at Novus Law, where Jesse was part of the management team from July 2013 to November 2016, and a contract attorney role at McDermott Will & Emery from October 2011 to June 2013. Earlier in the career, Jesse worked as an associate attorney at Cremer, Spina, Shaughnessy, Jansen + Siegert, LLC, and as an attorney at Krislov & Associates, Ltd. Educational qualifications include a JD from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, attained in 2009, and a BA in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Michigan, completed in 2006.
