Jill Steele currently serves as Board Chair of the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano, where a focus is directed toward implementing the strategic plan to enhance the organization’s impact on ending hunger. Jill has extensive experience in corporate strategy as a Partner in Strategy & Social Impact at Prophet, where key achievements include leading the firm's digital transformation and developing an award-winning global social impact program. Previous roles at Prophet included Director of Knowledge Management and Senior Manager of Knowledge & Training, where Jill significantly improved knowledge sharing and employee engagement. Earlier board service at the Food Bank included contributions to revenue growth and strategic planning. A graduate of Georgetown University with a BS in International Business and Sophia University, Jill combines a strong educational background with diverse professional expertise.
