Kevin O'Donnell

Kevin O'Donnell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic advisory and commercial leadership. At Prophet since January 1998, O'Donnell has served as the Senior Partner and Chief Talent Officer, leading engagements across the U.S. Prior to this role, O'Donnell co-founded Universal Beverage Systems, serving as Chief Commercial Officer and successfully negotiating the sale of the company to Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc. O'Donnell's career began at The Walt Disney Company from 1991 to 1995, where managerial roles involved strategic planning and project management within land-based entertainment. O'Donnell holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of California, Berkeley.
