Stephan Schusser

Stephan is a partner in the Munich and Hamburg offices. For three decades, he has worked with companies to generate sustainable, profitable growth through a consistent market and customer focus. His work focuses on the development and implementation of corporate strategies and customer management concepts: first at Deutsche Lufthansa, responsible for setting up target customer management, and then as a management consultant, where he was, among other things, co-founder of the first management consultancy specializing in customer management. Stephan has been Managing Partner at KEYLENS since 2007. The strategy consultancy became part of Prophet in 2021.

Since then, he and his partners have been consistently developing KEYLENS' consulting approach: in his philosophy, management consultants are not service providers, but partners of companies and thus also bear responsibility for results. Together with his colleagues, he is successfully breaking new and innovative ground in this field. Stephan Schusser publishes articles and studies on successful approaches to market and customer focus and has lectured on this topic at national and international conferences.
