Stephanie Adam is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand strategy and reputation management. Currently serving as a Partner at Icon Advising since April 2024, Stephanie provides consulting services to C-suite executives, helping them navigate key stakeholder needs. Stephanie has been an Independent Consultant since 2007, specializing in developing successful brand strategies through consumer insights and data-driven approaches. Previous roles include Brand Strategy Consultant at Prophet, Executive Director of Marketing and Communications at Northwest Community Healthcare, and various positions at VSA Partners, Landor Associates, Yesmail, FCB, DDB, and Frankel. Stephanie holds an MBA in Marketing from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Southern Methodist University.
