Gavin Ramchand

Gavin Ramchand is an experienced professional in customer success and banking with a strong background in client service and financial sales. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Prophix since January 2023, Gavin has also held the position of Customer Success Analyst within the same organization. Prior experience includes roles at Scotiabank as a Manager in Commercial Banking and Senior Client Service Officer from December 2017 to January 2023, as well as positions at TD, where Gavin worked as a Financial Sales Representative and Manager of Customer Service from January 2015 to December 2017, and earlier as a Customer Service Representative from 2009 to 2014. Gavin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from York University and an Advanced Diploma in Finance from Sheridan College.
