Marleigh White

Marleigh White has diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Marleigh has held various positions in companies such as Prophix Software and Prophix Europe. Marleigh has been involved in corporate social responsibility as the Executive Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Prophix Software. Marleigh designed and launched programs, managed stakeholder relationships, and implemented volunteering and sustainability initiatives. Prior to this role, Marleigh served as a Product Manager, where they excelled in market research, product development, and team management. Marleigh also played a crucial role in transitioning their organization to an agile development process as a Product Owner. Additionally, Marleigh worked as a Senior Implementation Consultant, successfully implementing CPM solutions for numerous clients. In Denmark, they worked as an International Implementation Consultant, providing support and training to European partners. Marleigh's early experience includes founding and leading a social outreach committee and managing a window cleaning franchise.

Marleigh White completed their Honours B.Comm degree in Project Management at McMaster University from 2009 to 2014. In 2018, they pursued a Pragmatic Marketing course at Pragmatic Institute, focusing on Foundations, Focus, Design, and Build. In 2022, Marleigh obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum Alliance. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in International Sustainable Business (ISB) with a focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) at the International Association for Sustainable Economy.
