Warner West is an experienced professional in the field of customs operations and international trade. Currently serving as Normativa at Grupo Logistico Empremar since October 2023, Warner has previously held the position of Jefe de organización at Propia Co., Ltd. and served as Gerente de Operaciones Aduaneras at HA Logix from September 2021 to February 2024. Warner’s extensive background includes a significant tenure at the Direccion General de Servicios Aduaneros (DGA) from February 2003 to August 2021, where responsibilities included leading the Department of Tariffs. Warner holds an International Certification in Harmonized System Nomenclature from the Organizacion Mundial de Aduanas (OMA) and has advanced degrees, including a Master's in International Trade and Customs from Universidad Internacional de América Latina (UNIVAL) and a Bachelor's in International Trade with a focus on International Marketing from Universidad de las Americas (ULAM).
