Tuhina Singh

Tuhina Singh has a diverse work experience. Tuhina is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Propine, a digital asset custodian licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Tuhina established the company in 2018 and has been at the forefront of innovation in the global financial systems architecture. Additionally, Tuhina was a Fellow at Entrepreneur First from December 2017 to July 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Developer at TenX for three months in 2017. Tuhina's interest in blockchain technology led their to work as a self-taught blockchain enthusiast at Distributed Ledger Technologies from December 2014 to March 2017. Before venturing into the technology industry, they gained valuable experience in the finance sector. Tuhina was Head of the Derivatives desk at IndusInd Bank from April 2012 to September 2014, where they successfully established a profitable derivatives trading desk and led the implementation of the treasury system CALYPSO. Tuhina also worked as a Cross Asset Investment Manager at Siddhesh Capital Market Services Private Ltd from March 2009 to March 2012. Prior to that, Tuhina was a Senior Manager in the Debt investment and management team at JM Financial from June 2008 to February 2009. Tuhina also worked as a Forex Options Trader at BNP Paribas from October 2006 to June 2008. Tuhina began their career as an Associate Design Engineer at STMicroelectronics from December 2002 to June 2004, where they worked on embedded software for imaging products. Tuhina also gained experience as a Graduate Trainee Engineer at Aplion Networks from May 2002 to November 2002, where they were involved in integration testing and automation using Perl and Tcl.

Tuhina Singh completed their education with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), specializing in Finance and Marketing, from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. Tuhina attained this degree between the years 2004 and 2006. Prior to this, Tuhina earned a Bachelor's degree in Msc tech from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from the years 1998 to 2002, with a focus on Information Systems.
