Austin Howard

Austin Howard's work experience begins in 2011 as an Assistant Manager at Moseley Pool, where they were responsible for staff supervision and ensuring the facility's safety. In 2015, they served as an Intern at EJES Incorporated and as the Marketing Chair at the University of Texas at Dallas - Student Activities & Advisory Board, where they created promotional materials and organized events to attract students.

In 2016, Austin worked as a Program Assistant at Tex Prep (Texas Instruments), supporting program activities. The following year, they joined the Office of Information Technology at the University of Texas at Dallas as a Help Desk Specialist, providing technical assistance to students and staff. Later in 2017, they briefly worked as a Lead Developer at Departure Software Solutions.

From 2017 to 2022, Austin worked at Mindtree in various roles. As a Software Engineer for Microsoft, they automated report generation processes, communicated with suppliers for hardware testing, and ensured accurate and efficient testing. In their role as a Software Engineer for Southwest Airlines, they led the automation development for application testing, created full-stack applications, developed automation suites, conducted manual testing, and provided training for offshore teams.

Currently, Austin holds the position of QA Engineer at Propio Language Services, which they started in 2022.

Austin Howard attended Prairie View A&M University from 2012 to 2013, where they studied Civil Engineering. Austin then went on to The University of Texas at Dallas from 2014 to 2017, where they pursued a degree in Information Technology Systems with a focus on Business.
