Chris Lacour

Chris LaCour has a strong background in IT leadership and customer support. Chris currently serves as the Director of Global IT at Propio Language Services, where they lead global IT operations, establishes formal processes for customer support and engineering, and ensures technical innovation in language services. Prior to that, Chris was the Vice President of Global Services at Vivoh, where they led support services and cloud architecture, established strategies for IT and global support, and contributed to a significant increase in revenue through a cloud-based video streaming solution. Chris also held the role of Director of Infrastructure Engineering, Delivery at Sirius Computer Solutions, Inc., where they led delivery infrastructure engineers, established strategies for customer support and solutions delivery, and focused on lead generation. Earlier in their career, Chris worked as a Solutions Consultant at Valorem Reply, designing and developing cloud-based architectures and managing projects. Chris also has experience as the Director of Customer Support and Principal Network Engineer at VBrick Systems, Inc., where they supervised teams, improved customer satisfaction, and resolved network issues. Chris has a proven track record of driving success and delivering results in various IT leadership roles.

Chris LaCour obtained an Associates degree in Graphic Design from Collins College from 1994 to 1995. Additionally, Chris has obtained various certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in December 2020, IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from ITIL Certified in June 2003, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2023, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2020, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2020, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Lean Six Sigma Institute LLC in June 2004.
