Plam Mateev

Plam Mateev MLArch, MBA, PhD, is a seasoned professional in sports field performance and landscape architecture, currently serving as the Head and Senior Consultant at Point Surface Research Institute since November 2021. Plam is also the exclusive partner for ProPitch Ltd and Itri Corporation in Bulgaria, focusing on innovative pitch management and turf health solutions. In addition to these roles, Plam is a Visiting Professor at the National Sports Academy "Vassil Levski," emphasizing the importance of high-quality playing surfaces in football. Previous experience includes founding KOTA NULA and co-founding ORGANIC SOLUTIONS, both dedicated to sports field development and maintenance. Plam holds a PhD in sports turf injuries risk prevention, an MBA, and a Master of Landscape Architecture, complemented by a robust foundation in mathematics and computer sciences.
