Katie Elias

Katie Elias, MBA, is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Professional with extensive experience in staffing and recruiting, currently serving on the Major Accounts team at Professional Staffing Group since August 2014. In this role, Katie supports TripAdvisor, concentrating on opportunities in the UK and US markets. Previously, Katie worked as a Senior Staffing Manager for TripAdvisor EMEA, with a focus on the London and Oxford regions, and as a Financial Services Senior Staffing Manager, specializing in mid and senior-level investment management recruitment. Prior to joining PSG, Katie held various roles at EXPRESS, including Store Manager and Co-Sales Manager, along with a Human Resources internship at TJX. Katie holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior Studies from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UMass Boston.
