Shana Krassnoff

Shana Krassnoff, CSP has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Shana started their career at Target in 2010 as an Executive Team Leader, where they mentored other leaders, managed store operations, and achieved top rankings in guest experience. During their time at Target, they also gained expertise in reverse logistics, compliance, and campus recruiting. In 2014, they joined Victoria's Secret as a Category Manager, responsible for various product categories. In 2015, they transitioned to Tripadvisor, where they held the positions of Senior Staffing Manager and Global Senior Staffing Manager. In these roles, they oversaw staffing operations and played a key role in talent acquisition. Finally, they joined ProPivotal Staffing in 2019, initially as the Group Manager of Major Accounts and later as the Client Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director of Operations at ProPivotal, where they partner with clients to explore opportunities and make pivotal changes.

Shana Krassnoff, CSP, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended Revere High School, where they completed their high school education. Additionally, they have obtained the Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification from the American Staffing Association.
