Henry Benjamin Lim

Henry Benjamin Lim is the Head of GCB and Prestige Landed, as well as a Senior Branch Director at PropNex Realty Pte Ltd, where they focus on building teams for luxury residential properties and mentoring new agents. With over 25 years of experience in the luxury residential real estate market, they have successfully concluded more than 100 property transactions valued at approximately $1 billion. Previously, Henry served as the Group Division Head at Jones Lang LaSalle Residential Pte Ltd and headed the GCB division at ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Western Sydney from 1990 to 1993.
