Thomas Wong

Thomas Wong, is Head of Asia and a Partner of Proprium Capital Partners. He had been with Morgan Stanley for over 8 years prior to joining Proprium Capital Partners as a founding team member.

Thomas was previously an Executive Director in Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing Platform focusing on Morgan Stanley Special Situations Fund III. He was centrally involved in the sourcing, pricing, structuring and execution of SSF III’s real estate private equity investments in Asia. Thomas played a significant role in a number of investments such as Agile Property, KWG Property, Sino Ocean Land, Shimao Property, Motel 168 and Star River Property, among others.
